Who doesn’t need help with stress? This new study supports the traditional role of adaptogenic herbs for stress.
A new double-blind study compared 2 adaptogens to placebo for stress. The first was a combo of rhodiola, schisandra and holy basil, and the second was ashwagandha.
Both worked. Both adaptogens reduced stress significantly better than placebo.
They were both also significantly better than placebo for sleep quality, restorative sleep and anxiety.
