It is made with just two ingredients: organic cacao beans and organic cocoa butter. Alter Eco blends Ecuadorian and Dominican cacao and uses long Swiss-style conching to make the bar smooth. With no sweetener at all, it is a good fit for keto and paleo eaters, and for baking.
