AST Enzymes Serrapeptase Extra Strength 130k SPU delivers 130,000 SPU of serrapeptase as Peptizyme SP®EN, an acid-resistant form designed to survive the stomach and work systemically. Serrapeptase is a fibrinolytic, protein-digesting enzyme, and this extra-strength capsule is meant to be taken between meals rather than with food, so the enzyme is not used up digesting a meal.
