Bluebonnet Calcium Magnesium 1:1 Ratio provides 250 mg of calcium and 250 mg of magnesium in each two-capsule serving. The calcium is a chelate of calcium citrate and malate and the magnesium is fully reacted magnesium aspartate, giving equal amounts of both minerals for people who want more magnesium than a typical 2:1 formula.
