Carlson Labs Kid's Cod Liver Oil in Bubble Gum flavor is a liquid cod liver oil made for children ages 2 and up. Each 1/2 teaspoon provides 550 mg of omega-3s, including 185 mg EPA and 250 mg DHA, along with vitamins A and D3, from wild-caught Norwegian Arctic cod.

Omega-3s, especially DHA, support healthy brain and eye development in growing kids, and the fun flavor makes the daily spoonful much easier to win over picky eaters. The oil is molecularly distilled and nitrogen flushed, IFOS certified and IGEN Non-GMO certified. Contains fish.

Carlson suggests children 2 years and older take 1/2 teaspoon once or twice daily at mealtime. The bottle is 8.4 fl oz (250 ml).
