Directions
Use spring or filtered water. Quick brew: pour freshly boiled water over tea bags in your chosen mug, cover, and steep 5 to 7 minutes. Full strength (decoction): when dried, Dandelion Root is very tough — it needs to be gently simmered. Use a stainless pot and stainless or wooden utensils. Use one tea bag per cup of water, cover and bring to a gentle boil briefly, then turn down the heat and simmer for 10 to 20 minutes.
