Country Life Betaine Hydrochloride with Pepsin gives 1,200 mg of betaine HCl per two-tablet serving, a source of hydrochloric acid to support digestion in the stomach. It is paired with 36.4 mg of pepsin, 10 mg of papain from papaya and pineapple juice powder for added enzyme support at protein-rich meals.
