Country Life Chewable Acerola 500 mg is a berry-flavored wafer that supplies 500 mg of vitamin C from acerola berry extract, rose hips, ascorbic acid and sodium ascorbate. Each wafer also provides a 62 mg citrus bioflavonoid acerola complex from lemon and grapefruit, with rutin. Acerola is a fruit that is a natural source of vitamin C, and the wafer can be chewed or simply left to dissolve in the mouth.
