Country Life Folate 800 mcg provides 1,333 mcg DFE of folate from 800 mcg of folic acid in each small tablet. Folate is the B vitamin needed for normal cell division and the formation of healthy red blood cells, and it is especially important for women who are planning a pregnancy.
