DeLallo Castelvetrano Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made exclusively from Sicilian Castelvetrano olives, also called Nocellara del Belice, grown in family-owned orchards in the Belice Valley. The olives are hand-picked young and bright green and pressed quickly at peak freshness, giving a fruity, grassy oil with a pleasant bitterness and a peppery finish.
