DeLallo Gluten Free Orzo is an authentic Italian pasta made with a blend of non-GMO corn (70%) and rice (30%). It is certified gluten free and produced in a dedicated gluten-free facility in Italy, and it has a taste and texture close to traditional wheat orzo. The small rice-shaped pasta cooks up al dente and is easy to use in many dishes.
