Frontier Co-op Gochugaru Chili Pepper Granules bring the bold, smoky-sweet heat of Korea's iconic chili pepper to your kitchen. The red peppers are sun-dried and finely granulated for a balanced kick of spice, rating 4,000 to 8,000 Scoville Heat Units, with a hint of smokiness.
