Frontier Co-op Red Clover Blossoms, Whole, Organic are the whole, dark pink flower heads of red clover, a member of the bean family, grown in Bulgaria. The blossoms have a pleasant honey-like fragrance and a sweet, mildly spicy taste reminiscent of watercress, making them a lovely addition to herbal teas and the kitchen alike.
