Frontier Co-op Garlic Powder, Organic is finely ground organic garlic (Allium sativum) made from dried garlic bulbs. It has a pungent, slightly hot and biting flavor, and because powdered garlic is more concentrated than fresh cloves, a little goes a long way. It is a handy pantry swap for peeling and mincing fresh garlic.
- Ingredients: organic garlic only
- Certified organic and kosher
- No artificial ingredients
- Not irradiated and not treated with ethylene oxide (ETO)

Suggested use: Use about 1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder in place of one fresh clove. Add to pasta, pizza, casseroles, roasted potatoes, grilled chicken, sauces, marinades, dressings and homemade seasoning blends.
