How to use
Mix the seasoning with plain yogurt, lemon juice and a little oil to make a marinade for chicken, paneer, tofu, shrimp or vegetables. Marinate for at least an hour, then grill, broil or roast. It is also nice sprinkled over roasted cauliflower.
