Gaia Herbs Echinacea Goldenseal Supreme is a concentrated liquid extract for when everyday immune support is not enough. It combines organic Echinacea purpurea and angustifolia roots with goldenseal root, propolis extract and St. John's wort, in a 1 fl oz dropper bottle you can take in a little water whenever you need it.
