Himalaya Wellness Guggul uses guggul oleo gum resin extract, guggul stem powder and a supercritical CO2 guggul extract, standardized to 6% guggulsterones. This dried resin from the mukul myrrh tree has a long history in Ayurveda for digestion and heart wellness, and comes in vegetarian capsules with no magnesium stearate or animal gelatin. A 60-count bottle is about a 15-day supply at the suggested amount.
