Irwin Naturals Prosta-Strong Healthy Urinary Flow is a liquid soft-gel prostate formula for men. Each 4-soft-gel serving provides 320 mg saw palmetto extract (85% fatty acids), 200 mg Graminex® flower pollen extract, 200 mg quercetin, stinging nettle, pygeum, pumpkin seed, green tea and Lyc-O-Mato® tomato extract with lycopene, plus beta-sitosterol and 2,028 mg fish oil.
