It's That Simple Turmeric-Infused Rice Blend is a quick-cooking rice made from konjac flour and white rice flour, seasoned with turmeric. The turmeric gives it a warm golden color and gentle earthy flavor that pairs well with curries, roasted vegetables and grilled proteins. It cooks on the stovetop in about 5 minutes, and each 1/2 cup cooked serving has about 69 calories and 15 g carbohydrates.
