KAL B-6 B-12 Folic Acid DropIns Berry is a liquid B vitamin trio. Each 1 mL serving (about 15 drops) provides 10 mg of vitamin B-6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate, 2,500 mcg of vitamin B-12 as methylcobalamin and 680 mcg DFE of folate from folic acid and 5-methyltetrahydrofolate.

Together these B vitamins support energy metabolism, nerve function, red blood cell production and healthy homocysteine levels. A liquid is handy for people who prefer not to swallow tablets; take it straight or add it to a little water or juice. The drops are mixed berry flavored and sweetened with xylitol and stevia. If you are pregnant or planning a pregnancy, ask your doctor what folate amount is right for you. Xylitol is toxic to dogs, so keep the bottle away from pets.
