Lakanto Sugar-Free Brownie Mix bakes up rich, fudgy brownies sweetened with Lakanto monk fruit sweetener instead of sugar. This gluten-free mix is built on Dutch-process cocoa and chickpea flour with tapioca, sugarcane and oat fibers for a texture that lands somewhere between cake and fudge.
