Lakewood Organic Spicy Pineapple Juice starts with sweet, tangy organic pineapple juice, about 2 to 3 pineapples per 32 oz bottle, and adds organic jalapeño, cayenne and black pepper. The pineapple stays in the lead while a warm, clean heat builds on the finish. No added sugar.
