Life Extension Optimized Broccoli with Myrosinase provides 385 mg of TrueBroc broccoli seed extract, standardized to 10% glucoraphanin, plus 145 mg of white mustard seed extract that supplies the enzyme myrosinase. Life Extension describes this as a clinically studied extract combination that increases the conversion of glucoraphanin to sulforaphane. Each vegetarian capsule also adds 100 mg of vitamin C.
