MaryRuth Organics Multivitamin + Hair Growth Gummies combine a daily multivitamin with Lustriva® and 10,000 mcg of biotin as magnesium biotinate in a peach mango gummy. The formula includes vitamins A, C and D3, B vitamins with folate as calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, plus zinc, selenium, iodine and magnesium. They are pectin based and sugar free.
