Mulay's Nana's Italian Meatballs are classic Italian-style meatballs made with heritage breed pork and beef, seasoned with fennel and peppers. They skip the breadcrumbs, so they work for gluten-free households.

How to use
Thaw in the refrigerator first. Oven: bake on a sheet pan at 425°F on the middle rack for 15 to 17 minutes. Stovetop: brown in 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat, add pasta sauce and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Either way, cook until they reach 160°F inside.
Good to know
- A little tapioca starch stands in for breadcrumbs to help the meatballs hold together.
