Natrol Time Release Melatonin Tablets, 5mg, use a two-layer design: a quick-dissolving outer layer helps you drift off, while a controlled-release inner layer keeps melatonin working through the night. Each tablet provides 5 mg of melatonin plus 10 mg of vitamin B6, which the body uses in producing its own melatonin.
