Nature's Answer Mullein-X Multi-System Cough Syrup is an alcohol-free herbal syrup sweetened with 2,000 mg of pure honey per teaspoon. It blends 2,500 mg of mullein and nettles with horehound, marshmallow, plantain, elecampane and English ivy, herbs traditionally used for the throat and airways. Mullein-X is a drug-free dietary supplement for adults and kids 6 and up.
