Nature's Way Zinc Lozenge combines 23 mg of zinc (as zinc citrate and gluconate), 100 mg of vitamin C and 20 mg of Echinacea purpurea in each wild berry flavored lozenge.
Slowly dissolving a zinc lozenge is a time-honored way to support immune function, and the added vitamin C and echinacea round out the formula. These lozenges are vegan, gluten free and dairy free.
- Adults: 1 lozenge daily with food
- For intensive use, 1 lozenge every 2 to 4 hours, up to 4 per day
- Not for use by anyone under 18
This is the 60-lozenge bottle. Taking zinc on an empty stomach can cause queasiness, so a little food first helps.
