Nature's Bakery Gluten Free Blueberry Fig Bar is a soft-baked bar with a real fig and blueberry filling in a gluten-free whole grain crust. The crust uses brown rice flour, oats, flaxseed and a five-grain blend of amaranth, quinoa, millet, sorghum and teff. It is an easy grab-and-go snack for lunch boxes and car rides.
