NOW Foods Vitamin C-1000 Capsules provide 1,000 mg of vitamin C as ascorbic acid in each vegetarian capsule, along with 100 mg of citrus bioflavonoids and 25 mg of rutin, the plant compounds that naturally accompany vitamin C in fruit.
