NOW Foods Vitamin D3 / K2 1000IU/45mcg pairs 25 mcg (1,000 IU) of vitamin D3 with 45 mcg of vitamin K2 as menaquinone-4 (MK-4) in each vegetarian capsule.

These two vitamins work hand in hand. D3 helps the body absorb calcium, and K2 helps direct that calcium to the bones, where it belongs, supporting bone health and normal calcium metabolism in the cardiovascular system. NOW lists the capsules as kosher, halal and non-GMO.

This is the 120-capsule bottle. NOW suggests 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily with food. Because vitamin K affects normal blood clotting, please talk with your doctor before using this product if you take a blood thinner such as warfarin, or if you are pregnant or nursing.
