NOW Foods Vitamin K-2 (MK-7) 100 mcg delivers 100 mcg of vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 from MenaQ7 in each vegetarian capsule. MK-7 is the long-acting form of K2 found in fermented foods such as natto.

Vitamin K2 activates proteins that help bind calcium into bone and keep it out of soft tissues, supporting bone density and healthy arteries. MK-7 stays in the body longer than other forms, so one capsule a day is enough. It is a natural partner for vitamin D3. NOW lists it as vegan, kosher, halal and non-GMO.

This is the 60-capsule bottle. Take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Please talk with your doctor before using vitamin K if you take warfarin or another blood thinner, or if you are pregnant or nursing.
