Pamela's Gluten-Free Pancake & Baking Mix is an all-in-one mix made with brown and white rice flours, cultured buttermilk and almond meal for light, fluffy pancakes and tender baked goods. It has no added sugars and 8 g of whole grains per serving. It comes in a 24 oz bag and a 4 lb bag that makes about 90 pancakes.

Suggested use: For pancakes, whisk 1 cup of mix with 1 large egg, 3/4 cup water and 1 tablespoon oil. Pour onto a griddle over medium-low heat (350°F on an electric griddle) and flip once.
Caution: Contains milk and almonds. Made on equipment that also processes tree nuts, coconut, eggs and soy.
