Patagonia Provisions Sardines in Coconut Curry are hand-packed in an aromatic coconut curry sauce inspired by Thai yellow curry and made with organic coconut milk and organic vegetables. The sardines are caught off northern Spain with small-scale purse seines, which the brand uses to reduce bycatch and prevent overharvest.
