Purely Elizabeth Apple Harvest Crumble Protein Oatmeal Cup is an instant oatmeal with the flavor of a warm baked apple crumble, made with dried apples and cinnamon. Each 2 oz cup delivers 12 grams of plant protein from pea, fava and chocho (lupin) protein, with organic oats, buckwheat and quinoa.
