Solaray Magnesium Glycinate provides magnesium as magnesium bisglycinate, a form of magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine. Solaray makes it with its own in-house chelation process and adds BioPerine black pepper extract.
Per serving (4 VegCaps): Magnesium (from magnesium bisglycinate) 350 mg (83% DV); BioPerine black pepper extract (Piper nigrum, fruit) 5 mg.
