Solgar Silica Oceanic

Solgar Oceanic Silica provides silicon from red algae (Lithothamnion) in vegetarian capsules, with two capsules supplying 50 mg of silicon along with 200 mg of calcium. Silicon is a natural trace element found in unrefined grains and some seafood, such as mussels.
