Solspring Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Biodynamic, is a full-bodied balsamic crafted in Italy from grapes grown on family-owned farms in the Province of Modena. It comes from a producer that earned Demeter Biodynamic certification for balsamic vinegar in the 1980s, and it is made with the traditional "open sky and direct fire" method.
