Source Naturals DIM provides 100 mg of diindolylmethane per tablet. DIM is an indole phytochemical formed from compounds in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts and cabbage. This formula adds vitamin E, soy lecithin and BioPerine black pepper fruit extract to help absorption, giving you a concentrated amount of DIM without eating pounds of vegetables.
