Source Naturals TMG, 750 mg provides trimethylglycine, also called anhydrous betaine, at 750 mg per tablet. TMG is found in a variety of plant and animal foods and acts as a methyl donor, helping the body convert homocysteine to methionine. Maintaining normal homocysteine levels is important for cardiovascular health, and TMG may be paired with other methyl donors such as vitamins B-6, B-12 and folic acid.
