How to use
Heat about 8.45 fl oz (250 mL) of water to 190 to 210°F, pour it over one tea bag and steep for 3 to 5 minutes. A shorter steep gives a lighter cup and a longer one gives more depth. Enjoy it plain, with lemon, or with milk and a little sweetener as a London Fog.
