Straus Family Creamery Organic Vanilla Bean Ice Cream is a super premium pint made with organic cream, milk and egg yolks, flecked with specks of real ground vanilla bean. Super premium means less air and more cream, so it is dense and creamy, close to hand-churned. It is made without gums, fillers or coloring agents.
- Ingredients: organic cream and nonfat milk, organic cane sugar, organic egg yolks, organic vanilla extract and organic ground vanilla bean
- Certified organic (USDA and CCOF) and certified kosher (KSA)
- Gluten free, with no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives
- Made with 100% Grade A milk and cream from cows not treated with antibiotics
Suggested use: Keep frozen. A serving is 2/3 cup; enjoy it on its own, over pie or a warm brownie, or in a float.
