Terry Naturally Curamin is a non-addictive blend of BCM-95 curcumin with turmeric essential oil, BOS-10 boswellia standardized for AKBA, DLPA (DL-phenylalanine) and nattokinase. Each 3-capsule serving provides a 2,181 mg proprietary complex in vegetarian capsules. You can take the full serving at once or split it into one capsule three times a day.
