Thorne Broccoli Seed Extract (formerly Crucera-SGS) provides 50 mg of sulforaphane glucosinolate (SGS) from broccoli and kale seed extracts in each capsule. It also includes 145 mg of mustard seed powder, a source of the enzyme myrosinase, plus 100 mg of vitamin C. The capsule is hypromellose, derived from cellulose.
