Thorne Quercetin Phytosome provides 250 mg of quercetin phytosome in each capsule. Quercetin, a flavonoid found in many fruits and vegetables, is bound here to phospholipids from sunflower to form a phytosome complex. The capsule is made of hypromellose, derived from cellulose, with leucine, microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide.
