True Grace Omega-3 Fish Oil is made from sustainably sourced, wild-caught Alaskan pollock, molecularly distilled and delivered in triglyceride form. Each two-softgel serving provides 1,500 mg total omega-3s, including 800 mg EPA and 600 mg DHA, with a touch of organic lemon oil.
