Bluebonnet Mixed Beta Carotene provides 25,000 IU (7500 mcg) of vitamin A as beta-carotene in each softgel, sourced from Betatene, a natural blend of mixed carotenoids from the sea algae Dunaliella salina harvested in Whyalla, Australia. Along with beta-carotene, it supplies naturally occurring alpha-carotene, zeaxanthin, lutein and cryptoxanthin. Your body converts beta-carotene to vitamin A as it needs it.
