Dynamic Enzymes Gluten Plus is a vegetarian enzyme formula designed to help digest gluten from wheat, barley and rye, including the hidden gluten found in many processed foods. Its key ingredient is a DPP-IV enzyme complex, joined by five additional proteases, amylase and cellulase, plus eight cofactors including calcium, magnesium, manganese, vitamins B1, B6 and B12, amla and phytase.
