Nature's Way St John's Wort

Nature's Way St John's Wort is a premium extract providing 300 mg of St. John's wort per vegetarian capsule, standardized to 0.15% dianthrones measured as hypericin and pseudohypericin (0.45 mg).

St. John's wort, named for its bright yellow flowers that bloom around midsummer, has been used in Europe for generations to help promote a positive outlook and emotional balance. Important: it can interact with many prescription drugs, including oral contraceptives and antidepressants, so please talk with your doctor before using it. Do not use if pregnant or nursing, and limit strong sun exposure while taking it. It is gluten free.

This is the 90-capsule bottle. Label directions: adults take 1 capsule two to three times daily, preferably with food.
