NOW Foods BCAA Blast Powder Tropical Punch is a drink mix with 5 grams of branched-chain amino acids (leucine, isoleucine and valine) in every scoop, plus 100 mg of natural caffeine from green coffee beans and 130 mg of sodium.

BCAAs are the amino acids muscles use most directly during exercise, so they are a favorite for supporting endurance and recovery. NOW lists BCAA Blast as Informed Sport certified, vegan and made without gluten.

The 600 gram tub holds about 34 scoops. Mix 1 level scoop into 10 to 12 fl oz of water and shake, taking 1 to 3 scoops daily around exercise. It contains caffeine, so skip it if you are sensitive, pregnant or nursing, and ask your doctor if you take heart or blood pressure medication.
